Chloe Lilac - “DOUCHEBAG”
A poppy and upbeat tune, Chloe Lilac's newest single “Douchebag” is one that sticks in your head. It is the perfect song to sing along to aggressively, and the lyrics delve into Lilac's uncertain relationship with a — surprise — douchebag.
The single is the title track to Lilac's sophomore EP with the same name, and the video has been directed and shot by Lilac herself.
The EP, Lilac explains is a look inward — it is a fearless, anthemic collection of songs showcasing the strength within.
“As a young woman I’m so conditioned to just take what men give me and thank them for it. These songs on my EP are about empowering myself and my listeners to give them strength to manifest confidence. It’s for myself and for them. It’s both,” states Lilac.
Eli Jonathan - “No L.A. No L.A.”
Eli Jonathan brings all the groovy vibes with his latest release “No L.A. No L.A.”. His heartfelt and soulful vocals once again keep the listen hooked from the beginning, ready for the flow of the track to come. With a simple though articulate guitar, the track is lead by some charming synths and elements that’s sure to get you moving. Of off his recent EP Jock, “No L.A. No L.A.” adds a flavor to Jonathan’s discography that continues to grow and show his range as an artist.

Christian Blue - “Leave It Unlocked”
Christian Blue steps onto the scene with a memorable debut thanks to the array of elements in “Leave It Unlocked”. The Oakland native but now LA based artist has previously worked with JAWNY and Tinashe, and is ready to let listeners in on his more personal musical style. Experimental funk would be putting his sound simple, as “Leave It Unlocked” is packed with action each note. Layering synths, unique vocals and an infectious bassline, “Leave It Unlocked” marks the beginning of a very exciting chapter for Christain Blue.
The Hails - “Heartbeat Pt. 2”
The Hails’ newest track “Heartbeat Pt. 2” is upbeat, dipping into psychedelic rock and electronic sounds. The song is exceptionally satisfying to listen to, with its deep vocals and strong beats.
The Hails' inspiration comes from artists like The Beatles, Radiohead and Frank Ocean — and their sound is a perfect combination of all these artists, building upon similar sounds and experimenting as they evolve.
The members of The Hails fatefully met at the University of Florida, and have since, amassed several million streams on Spotify alone. Yet, this is only the beginning — the band continues to grow and expand its sound, offering a range of phenomenal music to their listeners.
The Millenial Club - “like i do”
Sweet and sultry, like do” brings everything to the table to put you in your feels. Following their Valentine’s Day release, “like i do” has been a staple in the band’s live set and highlights singer Andres Owen’s smooth and velvet-like vocals, complete with a sax solo. The Millennial Club effortlessly blends elements of 80s pop, 90s R&B and more for an emotional though often upbeat flow.
The band notes, ‘“‘like i do’ is a pivotal timestamp and authentic snapshot of the moment you build up enough courage to be upfront with a love interest you’ve always had romantic feelings for – someone who’s only ever seen you as a friend – and finally decide to let out your true feelings.”
Hollyy - “Wondering Why”
Hollyy releases their new single, “Wondering Why,” a unique mix of blues, jazz, and soul with a contemporary take, this song will hit you in every good spot possible. Praised for their authenticity and uniqueness, Hollyy creates music that has no certain genre, blending different ones to create a mixture of feel goodness that is unique to their own sound. “Wondering Why” is just another amazing song that Hollyy gifts to us, a fully vibrant yet smooth song that feels like a nice sunny day full of warmth. Since getting together in 2018, the band is finally ready to release a full project soon which is their debut EP, Miss The Feeling.
Goodvibes Sounds - “Beachside Living”
Psycho-pop duo, Goodvibes Sound, introduce their sound with their debut single, “Beachside Living,” a track that seems dreamy but so free at the same time, a perfect end of the summer song. Completely entrancing you with the smooth vocals repeating, “beachside,” it sets the tone of vibrance for the song. Goodvibes Sound is inspired by 70s California, using funky basslines and psychedelic touches, their music is made to dance to. Although living in a much colder area of London, they dreamed of the sun soaked California, stirring up inspiration and creating music that feels so warm. Their debut single is only the start of more warmth to come, keep an eye on them this Fall.
