Photo Diary: RaeCola Sleighs The Stage At Almost Nakey’s Santacon
Reaching new heights in San Diego’s beloved music scene, Almost Nakey’s SantaCon turned 99-year-old Belmont Park into a snow-filled EDM winter wonderland this holiday season. Attendees were magically transported to a world decked with Santa hats, ziplines, silent discos, and live sets by renowned DJs including Austin Millz, Cherub, and the latest duo on the rise, Rae Cola. Chicago-born and LA based twins RaeCola lit up the night with their tech-house grooves on SantaCon’s Twerkshop Stage. A set swirling with high-energy, hard-hitting baselines, and even some snow, RaeCola brought forth a glowing warmth to a cold, San Diego winter.
Reflecting on their time at SantaCon, the twins stated that “words can’t describe the feeling of Almost Nakey’s SantaCon. Whatever you’re imagining… multiply it by 10. Not only did we have the best time playing, but loved the detailed activations all around the park. We’re still riding on the high!”
No strangers to having a good time, the twins took the fun, positive vibes off the stage as well. Enjoying the arcade, artist lounge, and all of the amusement park rides the festival had to offer, RaeCola’s radiant auras illuminated across the park after their successful and highly anticipated performance.
