Deb Never - “Disassociate”

Deb Never pulls at all the heart strings with her new music video for “Disassociate”. A peak into her upcoming EP, where have all the flowers gone, out later this summer, the track showcases a more stripped down, emotive feel to Deb’s music. A seemingly simple but well made video, the visuals reflect that raw nature of the track. Directed by Angela Ricciardi and Silken Weinberg, the music video switches off between the different sides of Deb. “Disassociate” will easily find a spot in your head and playlists, so get ready for what the rest of the EP will bring.

School of X - “Feel of It”

School of X comes with that funky energy you’ve been craving in their latest video and track “Feel of It”. The light-hearted summer bop centers around the idea of breaking out of your daily routine and a desire to escape the boredom of everyday life. The video showcases the artist being chased by a literal burning man, symbolic of the track itself. “The idea for the video was to do something really precise and conceptual with strong symbolism: the fire hunting the man.” says Littauer. “It symbolizes all these emotions and temptations that you struggle with, and how they either push you ahead or bring you down.”

Out later this fall, School of X’s upcoming sophomore album Dancing Through The Void continues with the theme of a desire to live life to its fullest, a message we’re always happy to hear.

LOWERCASE Committee - “I Can’t Help It”

Reminiscent of an 80s track with some indie pop as the foundation, the LOWERCASE committee’s latest track “I Can’t Help It” has that perfect bit of summer energy for driving with the windows down. The track explores the “inevitability of defeat and self-doubt, and the necessity of overcoming that dark place we so often find ourselves in.” The melodic instrumental layers effortlessly with the charming vocals for a feel good nature that is sure to get stuck in your head.

LOWERCASE committee will be releasing one single a month to stay on everyone’s radar so keep an eye out for what’s next.

MarynCharlie - “Ginger Beer”

It takes just a few seconds to get grooving to Ginger Beer’s latest bubbly track “Ginger Beer”. The smooth beat moving the track along serves as a solid foundation for Ginger Beer’s charming and emotive vocals. Touching on the need to spice up a relationship, the indie tracks brings a fun edge to the sad reality of a relationship dying down. The guitar of the tracks provides for a continuous feel good nature while the drums keep your body moving along. Ginger Beer is sure to be an essential to you summer playlists when you need that extra bit of emotive edge.

Nicole Canaan - “Dreaming Schemings”

Nicole Canaan truly does the title of her latest track “Dreaming Scheming” justice with a smooth, dreamy track. The first release from Canaan in over a year, the song centers around a heartbreak in the most euphoric charming way possible. Canaan’s vocals flow effortlessly through the track bringing you in more with each note. The dream-pop track brings out more and more emotions as each note comes. . Written and performed by Canaan and produced by Isaac Elmont at Sam Hill Studio in Provo, UT, the track features vintage synth and analog recording equipment for that extra bit of warmth and dreamy feel.

Yeo - “Tired”

Get ready to get in all of your feels with just one listen of Yeo’s latest track “TIRED”. The soulful song touches on love giving Yeo the strength to overcome obstacles and power through life itself. His powerful vocals layer over the simple yet sweet instrumental making for an endearing ballad that keeps your heart and ears in each note. Paired with a beautiful 35mm featuring Jonathan Homesy and a cameo from Yeo himself, director Jordan Giusti notes, "TIRED is a candid expression of weariness and underlying optimism in the face of all that has occurred over the past year and a half. In this spirit, the video follows a central character through their routine of essential work. It's repetitive, but when the day is done they find self expression waiting for them, ready to break the routine."
