Alfie Templeman - “Wait, I Lied” 

Alfie Templeman gives u a preview of his new music with his latest performance of “Wait, I Lied”. Previously feature in our 13th Issue, Templeman has managed to keep busy this year and continues to release singles this fall. Announced as one of Vevo's Artists To Watch in 2021, the growing artist brings his energy to everything he does including his live performances. “Wait, I Lied” showcases Templeman’s fun edge to his sound and that signature grooviness we all adore. As 2020 comes to a close it’s clear that Templeman will be ready to hit 2021 running.

JAWNY - “Super Bad Mantra”

JAWNY puts on us on the edge of our seat with his new music video for “Super Bad Mantra” thanks a giant crane and JAWNY’s fun loving energy. Directed by Zachary Bailey, the “Super Bad Mantra” video highlights both the catchy feel of the track as well as JAWNY and friend and collaborator Christian Blue’s daring energy. Though seemingly simple, the Malibu scene keeps the viewer engaged with each note as JAWNY finds himself hanging on to the crane’s chain for dear life. Though we’re still unsure if the video features some illegal activity, what we do know is JAWNY continues to bring creative entertainment to the table.

Christian Blue - “Leave It Unlocked”

Christian Blue has finally emerged and now resides in the LA music scene. With collabs that gain him his recognition, it’s refreshing to hear his sound solely in his single, “Leave It Unlocked.” Along with the single, Christian Blue shared a fun little video to pair it with, watching him dance around throughout the streets of Los Angeles and nothing can represent his music better than that. Blue makes music that makes you feel it in your bones, you’ll be moving to his music and hearing those captivating melodies and clever bars throughout your day. It’s addicting hearing his music, you’ll just want to put the song on loop. Alongside, “Leave It Unlocked,” he has one other single out, “Money Talks,” so go listen as we wait for him to feed us more.

Fleece - “Upside Down”

If you haven’t started getting on Fleece, we recommend you do. Montreal quartet, Fleece, make sweet sounding indie-rock music that captures many elements of other genres. “Upside Down” is a song to instantly put you in a good mood, listening to it feels like a nice sunny morning and letting warmth creep inside slowly. Fleece makes every song special, so little sounds in “Upside Down,” create different emotions and become so significant throughout the song. The song was released in October and now has over a million streams across all digital platforms, which we aren’t surprised about. Go checkout “Upside Down” and listen to the rest of their music they like to call, “gay rock music.”

Claire Rosinkranz x ROLE MODEL - “BeVerly Hills BoYfRiEnd”

Claire Rosinkranz returns with a set of upbeat and fun remixes to her hit EP BeVerly Hills BoYfRiEnd including a new version of the title track with ROLE MODEL. Independently released in June, her BeVerly Hills BoYfRiEnd EP went viral, quickly amassing over 70 million global streams. Now signed with slowplay/Republic Records, Rosinkranz has kept a quick pace, always providing her fans with content. The collaboration with ROLE MODEL brings a smooth edge to the track, both artists’ feels effortlessly combining for a feel good flow. As Roskinkranz continues to her establish herself she’s sure to be on your ones to watch list for 2021.

Smallpools - “Simulation”

Smallpools release their new single, “Simulation,” an indie-rock song with notes of sweet pop and dreamy synths. This new track is from the band's sophomore LP due early 2021 and has that certain sound which makes you feel an immense joy, but in it lingers that bittersweetness when you think of a good time not lasting forever. It’s like listening to a past dream or memories you had, which is fitting considering the title. Along with this single, they have two more out already and so far, we’re excited to hear this new LP so keep an ear out for it!
